findSimilar loves // The Fluffy Trend!

We wore our fluffy jumpers a few seasons ago, but now it's taking over! It's time to fluff up your wardrobe and accessories, big time. The Berlin Fashion Week tradeshows held the key items you'll need to complete the look- fur gillets, collars and pom poms. As we're still seeing pastels in trend this is a great choice of colour for your furs, but rather than play it safe, go for the bright colours of the upcoming season. Deep fuchsias, greens and cobalt blues look stunning but are even more striking when used in textured accessories like pom pom beanies and coat collars. We also think this is perfect in breaking out from your grey winter wardrobe!

FindSimilar loves // RETRO

We're starting the new with the old... or as we like to call it, retro. We've seen the sixties trending and have lusted over those pelmet skirts, but now it's time for bell bottoms. This trend might be slow on the up-taking, because let's face it, how many times have you made fun of flares? But believe us when we say, flares are in! Bell bottoms are coming on to the scene and soon they'll be all over the highstreet. You can go all out with geometric printed jersey flares, or play it safe with denim or plain black. But if that's still a little risky, try some high waisted wide legged trousers. They're not just fashionable, they're incredibly comfy. Tuck in a collared shirt or high neck jumper to complete the look, or go retro entirely with a geometric printed shirt. We love this yellow print shirt from Zara! To find the perfect retro printed outfit, you can use findSimilar to search for the print that you love and then just shop the items that match!

As well as those flares, you can follow the trend by simply choosing prints. Paisley, florals and geometrics are a great mix to add to your wardrobe for spring. It's so versatile as you can pair patterned with plain or flared with straight cut, anything goes. Show us how you wear retro!

New Year, New You! Sports Luxe

Happy New Year! You've made it through a feast of christmas pudding and roasted turkey! And now comes the hardest part, getting fit and healthy for 2015. We've all over indulged and now it's time to get back into action and kickstart our fitness. But of course we're going to do it in style. It may be that you're going to work or need to try and squeeze a gym session into the day but you don't want to be carrying a wardrobe of quick changes everywhere you go. So here's the solution... SPORTS LUXE. This is essentially fashionable gym wear. But if pulled off, it looks effortlessly chic. You have to strike the right balance between "I've just run 5k" and "I tailored these joggers." If you're planning on hitting the gym then look for a pair of 'smart' jogging bottoms that taper towards the ankle. These can be worn with a pastel sweater or even a white shirt or blouse. Equally this is a great outfit for weekends when you want to be comfortable but also don't want to look too scruffy when you pop out. You can also find jogging bottoms with a leather look which make your outfit look a lot more put together, whilst still keeping that casual vibe. The bardot neckline is a perfect trend to combine as it is also a great cross between casual and evening wear.

If you're out running, you of course need a good pair of trainers. A pair of black Nike Air Max trainers will match almost any gym outfit and will also dress down any outfits without compromising style. The most popular footwear in street style right now are a pair of New Balance trainers. We love these all black pair that can be easily slipped on with any style of jogging bottoms you prefer. They're also a good addition to you wardrobe as they will go with just about anything!

And remember, the most important tip for staying healthy is WATER! Drink as much as you can everyday to stay hydrated whilst exercising and flush out those toxins. If you need any style inspiration, check out findSimilar and snap your favourite sports luxe street style looks and shop the outfit!

findSimilar loves The Army Trend!

There are a few looks in fashion industry come back periodically with the strongest hit. This year, military look is back! ‘Military? again?’ I hear girls cry because they have to weep into the defunct minimalist wardrobe and search for the box lying around the corner, so they could finally reach for the camouflage and epaulettes. But I am telling you the truth of this seasonal trend: military is not about those old images and styles at all. You can still see the prototype of uniforms and reference of wartime, but something caught my attention and everybody’s, and that is the the Girl Power!
